With over 20 years of experience with woman’s health care, Patricia Rosen, CNM, CFNP prioritizes the health of women through personalized and convenient services. We understand that navigating menopause and other women’s health issues can be challenging, which is why we bring the care you need right to your doorstep. As a certified nurse midwife, family nurse practitioner, and certified lactation counselor, I provide:
- Comprehensive routine health screenings based on national recommendations and individualized to your needs and preferences.
- Menopausal symptom management / Hormone replacement/ Bioidenticals
- Contraception, including natural family planning, prescriptions for diaphragms and for hormonal birth control (pill, patch, vaginal ring, Depo SubQ Provera)
- Emergency contraception (“Plan B” and “ella”)
- Pap smears
- Testing & treatment for sexually transmitted infections
- Testing & treatment for other vaginal infections, such as bacterial vaginosis or yeast
- Evaluation & treatment of urinary incontinence
- Preconception planning
- Evaluation & treatment of postpartum anxiety and depression
- Lactation support
- Functional lab testing
- Referrals to specialists as needed
